Prints from this series are offered exclusively by the in focus gallery, Cologne.

Dye-Transfer Prints uses the properties of some photochemical developer substances. The gelatine of a silver halide emulsion hardens to varying degrees depending on its exposure. The unhardened gelatine can then be washed out at a certain temperature with a water-based solvent; the gelatine remaining on the matrix is used to absorb the printing ink. Dye-Transfer prints are difficult to produce but they have extremly strong color. They are considered to be particularly resistant to aging.
